In huge denial about Christmas being around the corner? Same... but we better pull our heads out of the sand ASAP; it's time to talk shipping cut-off dates.
We recommend ordering your new JAYD goodies by the following dates, to ensure they fall down your chimney before Santa arrives.
- QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC + SA: order by 10am Wednesday 17th December
- WA, NT + TAS: order by 10am Wednesday 10th December
- INTERNATIONAL, including NZ: order by 10am Wednesday 3rd December
Whilst these dates will give you the best chance at pre-Christmas delivery, please keep in mind that we can never 100% guarantee delivery timeframes, as once your order leaves our warehouse it is then in the hands of Australia Post, Aramex or DHL.
These cut-offs are for Standard Shipping, so if you choose to upgrade to Express Shipping your order could still arrive if you miss these dates, but that gamble's on you. If you're too slow, your best bet would be grabbing one of our Gift Cards, delivered instantly to your inbox, and starting at $25 - no risk of ruining Christmas!

The JAYD team will be taking a break after a big year, so we will be locking up our doors at the end of the day on Tuesday 23rd December, and returning first thing Monday 5th January, 2025. Any orders placed after 10am on Tuesday 23rd December will not be processed during this time, including Click + Collect orders.
