In huge denial about Christmas being around the corner? Same... but we better pull our heads out of the sand ASAP; it's time to talk shipping cut-off dates.
We recommend ordering your new JAYD goodies by the following dates, to ensure they fall down your chimney before Santa arrives.
- QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC + SA: order by 10am Wednesday 17th December
- WA, NT + TAS: order by 10am Wednesday 10th December
- INTERNATIONAL, including NZ: order by 10am Wednesday 3rd December
Whilst these dates will give you the best chance at pre-Christmas delivery, please keep in mind that we can never 100% guarantee delivery timeframes, as once your order leaves our warehouse it is then in the hands of Australia Post, Aramex or DHL.
These cut-offs are for Standard Shipping, so if you choose to upgrade to Express Shipping your order could still arrive if you miss these dates, but that gamble's on you. If you're too slow, your best bet would be grabbing one of our Gift Cards, delivered instantly to your inbox, and starting at $25 - no risk of ruining Christmas!
You can also pop into our shop on the Gold Coast Highway during the week to sort your Christmas shopping in person. Our showroom hours will change toward Christmas, as follows.

The JAYD team will be taking a break after a big year and having all Public Holidays off, so there may be some delays to your orders getting out the doors during this period. Please allow a few extra days for processing.
