RETURN ADDRESS
Australian & New Zealand customers:
Head to our returns portal to start your return. If you selected Free Returns at checkout, your return shipping label is covered — simply print it from the portal and drop your parcel off at your nearest Australia Post mailbox or post office.
If you didn't add Free Returns at checkout, you'll be responsible for purchasing your own return label (we recommend tracked postage so you can follow its homeward journey back to us here in Australia).
If you opt for an exchange, just a quick note that shipping on the replacement order is at your expense, and any discount used on your original order won't carry over.
All other international customers:
You can still submit your return through our returns portal, however you'll be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label and sending your item(s) to:

- We recommend sending your items to us with tracked postage, so you can follow its homeward journey back to us here in Australia (please note, we do not cover return postage costs)
- Our refunds process can take up to TWO WEEKS from receiving your returns parcel at our postal address
- Please include your original packing slip OR a note including your name and order number
- We will provide you with a refund when we receive your return item(s)
- Please note that once we receive your return the refund process may take up to 5 days for funds to be transferred to the card that the original purchase was made

FREE RETURNS
We offer customers the option to add Free Returns at checkout for a small upfront fee, which covers return shipping so there are no additional label fees when returning an item (AU & NZ customers only).
- Free Returns cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
- Return coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
- If Free Returns was not selected at checkout, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping.
WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?
- Head to the portal, enter your order details, and select "Exchange" as your return reason
- Pick the new size or style you want — subject to availability
- Our stock moves fast, so if the item you're swapping to sells out before your return is processed, we'll issue a refund instead so you can reorder the togs you want
- If you opt for an exchange, shipping for the replacement order will be at your expense
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
- Item(s) can be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and free of stains/odours
- Tags and hygiene liners must be attached and intact **please try on swimmers over underwear**
- If above requirements are not met, a refund will not be issued and you liable for the cost of the postage to get the item(s) back
- All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
