Your order will generally be ready for collection by 2pm the following business day, but please await your dispatch notification before heading over to 2078 Gold Coast Highway, Miami.
For other orders, our postage costs are as follows:

Please note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered.
We try our best to get you your orders dispatched right away. All orders placed before 10am are generally processed and dispatched that afternoon.
We are closed on weekends and Public Holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Public Holidays or the weekend, will ship out the following business day.
While all orders are collected from our warehouse by AusPost, once they reach countries outside of Australia they are then delivered by relevant shipping partners (for example, NZ Post in NZ, and SingPost in Singapore). Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for our delivery partner's speediness within the above estimates.*
Shipping Delays
Once your order leaves the JAYD Swimwear warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post and their delivery partners. This means we’re unable to make changes to your address, order items, or shipping service. In the unfortunate event of a non-delivery (including issues with Safe Drop), it is the customer’s responsibility to launch an investigation directly with the courier.
While we’ll always do our best to assist in getting your order to you as efficiently as possible, we cannot take responsibility for delays or issues caused by the carrier. The shipping timeframes provided are estimates based on information from our delivery partners and may vary depending on factors like location or time of year.
Please note that during peak sale periods or public holidays, delivery delays are more common. Our team will keep you informed with updated shipping estimates where possible, it’s important to understand that some delays are beyond our control. We recommend checking this shipping policy and planning ahead to account for any potential disruptions
