Please note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered.
We try our best to get you your suits dispatched right away. All orders placed before 10am are generally processed and dispatched that afternoon.
We are closed on weekends and Public Holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Public Holidays or the weekend, will ship out the following business day.
While all orders are collected from our warehouse by AusPost, once they reach countries outside of Australia they are then delivered by relevant shipping partners (for example, NZ Post in NZ, and SingPost in Singapore). Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for our delivery partner's speediness within the above estimates.*
*Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post and their delivery partners. In the unfortunate circumstance of a non-delivery (including issues with Safe Drop), an investigation will need to be launched BY THE CUSTOMER directly with the courier.
