Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the endeavour to have your order out the door within 1 business day. Orders within Australia may take anywhere from 1 - 5 business days to arrive from date of dispatch. International orders can take between 6 - 27 business days from dispatch to arrive.

We are closed on weekends and Public Holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Public Holidays or the weekend, will ship out the following business day. 

JAYD Swimwear is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel once it has been delivered.

  Please note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered.

RETURNS

We know buying swimwear can be tricky, so if your swimsuit isn't the perfect fit for you, send it back for a refund. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. Full refund information can be found here.

CARE

Hand wash cold and hang dry. Do not iron, dry clean or bleach. Avoid rough surfaces and abrasive elements [such as zippers and velcro] as our sweet, soft fabric is hurt easily by these bullies.
 

SIZING

Our one pieces and bikini tops and bottoms are standard women's sizing, if you're a small in women's shirts/shorts, you'll likely be a small in our swimwear!

• XS = Ladies 6
• S = Ladies 8
• M = Ladies 10
• L = Ladies 12
• XL = Ladies 14
