Are all 7 suits the same style? Will they be announced before the sale starts?
No & no...
We will be dropping more than one style, but you won’t know what style each suit is until we drop a new one every hour!
Will the suits be available for longer than the hour so you can order more than one pair?
Yes! Once we drop a suit it will stay online for as long as stock lasts. This means you can wait until all 7 suits have dropped before you order, BUT we can’t guarantee stock will last that long...
During our Black Friday launch period, we cannot change, edit or cancel any orders. Please ensure all address details are correct (we advise updating your customer account details on our website prior to Black Friday, so they're pre-saved and ready to go) as we are unable to edit your address after purchase.
Unfortunately, we can't combine orders if you place more than one. We are packing orders as soon as they are placed to get them in your hands as quickly as possible, so by the time you place another order, your previous order will probably already be with the postman.
If a swimsuit is in my cart, will it stay there if I decide to wait for the next drop before I place my order?
Items aren't secured until you receive a confirmation email. If you wait for the next suit to drop to finalise your order you may miss out, as having an item in your cart doesn't mean it is reserved for you.

All JAYD swimwear styles are Chlorine Resistant! Our swimwear is made with 100% Polyester Fabric. The greatest news is that even our lining is 100% polyester meaning that your suit will tackle the chlorine better than any other brand.
Always remember to thoroughly rinse the chlorine out of your suit after being in the pool, especially if you're storing your suit away for any period of time.
To keep your swimmers looking fab, just give them a quick rinse in cold water—no soap, no fuss—and hang them out to dry. Whatever you do, please DON’T iron, dry clean, bleach, or toss your togs in the dryer (seriously, they won’t appreciate it)!
Heads up: Pilling can happen to any swimwear, so steer clear of rough surfaces like pool edges and concrete. Noticed some pilling? While we don’t offer replacements, a quick touch-up with an electric lint shaver will have your suit looking fresh in no time.
The Bikini tops made in our SoftDream fabric have padding included in the tops.
All other bikini tops have an insert for you to add your own padding if you would like to have padding.
We recommend thoroughly hand rinsing and air drying your swimwear after every use. Please avoid using washing machines or dryers as these may cause damage to your JAYDs.
It's super important to rinse as much chlorine out of your swimwear as possible after being in the pool, especially if you're storing your swimwear away for any period of time.

Our lighter swimsuit shades may appear darker when wet due to the nature of our specialised liner. This liner is designed to offer maximum coverage and prevent transparency, so you can swim with total confidence. No need to worry about see-through moments – just focus on your performance and enjoying your time in the water!

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, we get started processing it right away, so unfortunately we are unable to make changes.

We use Australia Post to ship majority of our Domestic packages. According to their guidelines shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 15 business days. We also utilise Aramex for orders on the east coast.
International shipping with Australia Post can take 15 business days or more.
DHL usually arrives within 2-5 business days.*
Unfortunately once your order has left our warehouse it is completely out of our control and in the hands of the postal system so please be kind to us when you are emailing us about your delayed or lost package.
*DHL Express is not available in all areas.

Yes, we offer free shipping for Australian orders over AU$150, New Zealand orders over AU$180, and orders over AU$200 for the rest of the world.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe using Australia Post delivery partners and DHL Express.
DHL is not offered in all areas - if this includes your region and you have opted for this shipping method, we'll be in touch 🤍
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
Our shipping charge internationally does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes, and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, we do offer full and partial refunds.

Please note, all items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
A refund request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
