JAYD is sold exclusively in-store through our retail partners (online resale is not permitted), allowing the brand to be experienced the way it was designed.

We’re intentional about who we work with, and only partner with retailers who align strongly with our values — which means not every application will be successful.

We review every application thoroughly. Due to the high volume of enquiries, we're only able to contact successful applicants. If you haven’t heard from us within 30 days, unfortunately your application has not been successful at this time.

To be successful in your application, you must be able to meet the following:

• Reach our minimum order quantity of AU$2,500 per order, with upfront payment (prior to shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the wholesaler)
• Import duties, tariffs, and necessary licensing are the responsibility of the wholesaler
• Pricing must align with our RRP at all times, wholesalers may not sell at lower than our advertised price
• Retailers must represent our products accurately and in alignment with our brand guidelines
• Retailers must only sell JAYD in store (brick-and-mortar), not online or via third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace)
