Q.1 What do you feel has been your greatest sporting achievement to date?
Being the first ever kiwi Ironwoman to win a round of the Nutri-grain Ironwoman Series. Also winning the Open women’s Board Race at Aussies in 2023.
I am currently completing my Master’s in Primary Teaching degree with only 2 trimesters to go from becoming a qualified teacher! I am also working towards a sporting goal of racing in my first Coolangatta Gold in this years Iron series.
The advice I would give to younger athletes is love what you do and have fun doing it! Also to be present in the moment and enjoy the journey.
I am so privileged to be a JAYD ambassador, not only do they have gorgeous swimwear that make me feel confident and powerful in and out of the water, but the values they hold as a brand are so inspiring as they empower women to live fearlessly, dream big, and chase their goals in and out of sport, which resonate with me strongly and which I hope to inspire others to do also.
I would say teleportation, as I could teleport home to New Zealand to visit my family any time and also tick off some dream travel destinations.
I have represented New Zealand in 3 different sports including surf lifesaving, swimming, and trampolining.

Being able to train with an inspiring group of girls who make training a lot more fun, especially on days that are tough. Also knowing how lucky I am to be able to train in the environment we train in everyday, and getting to move my body and be fit and active.
If I wasn’t an Iron-woman I think I may have stuck to the competitive swimming path that I did until I was 18.
Breeze! I absolutely love the new colour.
Be grateful for the opportunities life offers to you, be resilient when times are tough, and always be thankful for your supporters because without them nothing would be possible, in sport and beyond.
I really love the new Albi One Piece as the seamless hip is sooooo comfortable and makes me feel confident when training!
