At JAYD, we believe that looking after yourself doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, it can start with just one small ritual, your Sunday Reset.

 

This isn’t about rules or routines you have to follow. It’s about creating a moment that’s entirely yours, a moment to reflect, breathe, and set the tone for the week ahead. Whether it’s a solo ocean swim, a journal session in the sun, or a barefoot beach walk, your Sunday reset can be whatever you need it to be.

Week 1: The Art of a Sunday Reset

This week, we start simple: create space. Maybe it's an early ocean dip, a long stretch in the sun, or sitting quietly with a coffee in hand. Let it be gentle. Let it be yours.

Journal Prompt: What is one small ritual I can create for myself to start the week feeling grounded?

Week 2: Dive Into the Little Adventures

Resetting doesn’t always mean slowing down, sometimes it means saying yes to a spark of spontaneity. Paddle out. Wander a new coastal trail. Swim under a pink sky.

Journal Prompt: Where have I been craving more adventure, and how can I say yes to it this week?

Week 3: Romanticise Your Morning

Let your reset begin the moment you wake. Light a candle. Stretch slowly. Watch the waves. Turn your coffee into a ritual, not a rush.

Journal Prompt: What would my ideal morning feel like, and what’s one way I can bring that to life?

Week 4: Your Life, Your Flow

This week is your permission slip to stop comparing. Your path is uniquely yours. Let go of the timelines, rules, or expectations that no longer serve you.

Journal Prompt: Where in my life do I feel most free, and how can I create more of that feeling?

Week 5: Create Me Time

Not selfish. Not extra. Just essential. Carve out space to tune back into yourself. Even 10 mindful minutes can shift everything. 

Journal Prompt: When was the last time I felt truly connected to myself, and how can I recreate that feeling?

Week 6: Lean Into More Joy, Less Rules

Wrap up your 6-week reset by choosing joy. Let go of the "shoulds" and lean into what lights you up, even if it makes no sense to anyone else.

Journal Prompt: What brings me joy for no reason at all, and how can I invite more of that into my week?
