Known for her relentless energy, Lauren's most significant achievement is winning nationals after a challenging year, showcasing her resilience and dedication. When she’s not training in her Ruby Zimmy, you’ll find her at the beach with her friends (probably still in a Zimmy!)
What is your favourite weekend activity?
“I love training, hanging with friends, and going to the beach.”
How do you unwind after a busy day?
“I love being by the beach, it always helps me unwind.”
What do you feel has been your greatest sporting achievement to date?
“I have a few races I’m proud of, but winning nationals after a really tough year meant a lot to me.”
What is your favourite piece of JAYD Swimwear?
“I love the Zimmy One Piece so much! It fits so nicely and can be used for both training and everyday swimwear.”
